By accessing and using the Stay at Scandinavia website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request for any reason. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email.

Payment Terms

Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Occupancy Limits

The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is as specified in your booking confirmation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval and may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Property Care

You agree to:

• Treat the apartment and all furnishings with care and respect
• Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay
• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
• Comply with all building rules and regulations
• Not disturb other residents or guests
• Not smoke inside the apartment
• Not hold parties or events without prior written approval

Damages and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by you or your guests. We reserve the right to charge you for repair or replacement costs. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection of the apartment, less any deductions for damage or excessive cleaning.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who cannot provide proper identification or who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

5. Use of Website

Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, or other users
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website
• To introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stay at Scandinavia or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay at Scandinavia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stay at Scandinavia, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, natural disasters, fire, flood, or epidemic. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tangerang, Indonesia.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stay at Scandinavia concerning your use of our services.
